• Web site "Hot Link"
• Easy steps to upload your files to us using our web site.
• Compress Files
• Go to website www.gg-i.com and select "Submit Files."
• Select the "Hot Link" button.
• Select the "Browse" button and locate the compressed file you want to send to Global.
• Select the "Upload" button and your file will be transmitted to Global.
• When your file has been received, you will receive a message saying, "File Uploaded Successful."
• Send a copy of your job via Fax to your GGI Rep to ensure that your proof is correct.
• Contact your GGI representative by phone or email. This will get your job started sooner.

In order to use your FTP account you will need a FTP client.

Mac: http://cyberduck.ch - Cyberduck


Note: Do not use "passive transfer"

• Please note the user ID and password is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as it appears below:
• Compress Files
• Login to Global FTP site
• Locate the compressed file you want to send to Global.
• Move your files to the remote location and your file will be transmitted to Global.
• Send a copy of your job via Fax to your GGI Rep to ensure that your proof is correct.
• Contact your GGI representative by phone or email. This will get your job started sooner.

• Login using the following information:
  Host name: ftp.gg-i.com
  User ID: Global_Mail
  Password: Global
